Privacy notice
How we use the personal information you give us through this website, and your rights under UK data protection law.
Who we are
Easy Stay Solutions Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through this website. We're registered in Scotland, company number SC893015, and our registered office is 9 Rosehall Way, Glasgow, G71 7FN. You can contact us about your data by writing to our registered office.
What we collect, and why
- Quote requests. When you use our quote form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your preferred way to be contacted, and details about your property: its type, the area or postcode district, bedrooms, bathrooms, number of listings, how often it turns over, and anything else you choose to tell us. We use these only to prepare your quote and talk to you about it. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
- No access details. The form doesn't ask for door codes, key-safe codes or your full address, and won't accept a message that looks like it contains an access code. If you become a customer, we agree access with you directly and keep those details securely and separately.
- Analytics. Only if you accept statistics cookies. See our cookie policy.
We don't use your details for marketing, and we never sell them.
Who we share it with
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Quote requests are stored in a database run by Neon (in London) and may be forwarded to us by email through Formspree. Cloudflare delivers our images and, where it's switched on, checks that forms are sent by people rather than bots. Each acts only on our instructions. Some of these services may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires.
How long we keep it
If you become a customer, we keep your details for as long as we work together and as the law requires for our records. If you don't go ahead, we delete your quote request within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details above. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
